Our Volunteers
The Parents’ Committee is made of up – you guessed it – the parents of VK. This committee is responsible for everything from managing the group’s funds to scheduling performances and planning group trips. The committee is elected annually at the start of each season in September.
If you’d like to volunteer for the group, but not in a specific role, there are many opportunities. We always need help with nosnje (e.g. ironing, hemming, organizing), planning trips (e.g. researching hotels/flights), and supporting our events (e.g. helping to decorate the stage, helping the younger groups get into nosnja, etc.) performances at church (e.g. making sure all kids’ belts are tied correctly, making sure all kids are accounted for, etc.).
